Should an Experience have to be cancelled due to insufficient enrolments or host illness, all participants enrolled in that event will be contacted and an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.
When a refund cannot be provided:
- Cedar Creek Farm cannot accept responsibility for changes to participants' personal circumstances that prevent attendance, or “change of mind”.
- If you choose to withdraw, then Experience fees are forfeited. Ticket/s can be transferred to another attendee, however this is your responsibility to arrange. If you wish to do this, please arrange your replacement and notify us of the name change so they can attend.
- It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they remember to attend an event. If you forget the date, your ticket is non-refundable.

If you act in any way which in our opinion is likely to cause any harm or nuisance to any person at the Experience, you will be required to leave the Experience and we shall not be liable to refund your ticket fee or any other payment.
You must keep your personal belongings with you at all times and we accept no liability for any damage to, loss of or theft of any of your belongings or other items brought to an Experience by you. All children are to be with an adult at all times. As we are running tours and showing you around our farm we do not take responsibility for your child.
