Girls Who Bloom is a gentle and empowering menarche ceremony designed for young girls aged 9 -12 approaching or newly experiencing their first period. Set in nature, this circle supports daughters as they step into womanhood with confidence, self-love, and understanding.

Through flowers, storytelling, and creative rituals, each girl is guided to honour her body, embrace her cycle, and create a personal monthly ritual that fosters independence and emotional wellbeing.

This experience offers a safe, nurturing space for mothers and daughters to connect, celebrate, and create a meaningful rite of passage that will be remembered for years to come.
