Give yourself permission to pause, reconnect with the woman within, and be gently held in the Circle of Flowers

The Circle of Flowers

Up Coming Circles

Welcome flowers,

For many women, perimenopause and menopause can feel like a season of change. The body begins to speak differently, emotions can feel closer to the surface, and there can be a quiet longing to reconnect with yourself beneath the demands of everyday life.

Circle of Flowers offers a gentle space to pause and listen.

There is nothing to fix here. No expectations to meet. Just an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom already within you.

Surrounded by nature and the language of flowers, we gather as women to create, reflect, and share if we choose. In circle, there is space to honour where you are today—to acknowledge what you're ready to release, what you wish to nurture, and what truly matters in this next season of your life.

As we move through midlife, many women begin to rediscover something powerful: their voice. A deeper understanding that it's okay to set boundaries, to ask for what they need, to choose themselves without guilt, and to honour the woman they are becoming.

This is a place where your voice is welcome. Where your story is held with care. Where you can reconnect with your body, your creativity, and your inner strength, supported by the gentle presence of other women walking their own path.

Come exactly as you are. Leave feeling grounded, connected, and reminded that this season is not about becoming less—it's about becoming more of yourself.

My daughters and I cannot recommend Cedar Creek Farm , Circle Of Flowers experience enough, Belinda gives you such a calming , peaceful , supportive space , even with the rain that came down was just so gentle and made you feel so enwrapped in such a special place that has been shared with us , we laughed , we created , we bonded .. The flowers were so stunning , straight from Belindas gardens , some of the most strong stemmed Dahlias I have come across. Being a florist ourselves , it was so nice to just create free flowing arrangements with just beauty to guide us and just let go of the rigidness that you need when creating gifts for others , this was so relaxing to just let the beautiful stems and flowers and Belindas calmness guide our hands . Just beautiful to be able to “ let go “ .. Being that I’am in a wheelchair , I was able to access “ The Hut “ quite easily , Laguna Trade Store is in such a beautiful area of our Valley , just so peaceful . Thankyou to our beautiful sister Belinda for such an amazing experience , all the best , we will be back , Kathy , Marissa and Kelly and Anthony .. 10/10 well worth the beautiful drive ...

Body Awareness Flower Meditation
A New Moon Women’s Circle

For many women, the seasons of perimenopause and menopause can be an invitation to slow down, listen more deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body. As life asks us to change, we too deserve spaces that allow us to pause, reflect, and be gently held.

Under the energy of the New Moon, we gather in circle to release what is no longer serving us and set intentions for the season ahead. Surrounded by the peace of our private eucalypt forest at Cedar Creek Farm, this nurturing experience invites you back to yourself through the language of flowers, mindful body awareness, and gentle connection.

Guided by Belinda, you'll explore the meaning of seasonal blooms as you hold each flower to different areas of your body, noticing where emotions, tension, or wisdom may be asking for your attention. Together, we'll also practise Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping, a gentle self-regulation practice that can help calm the nervous system and create a greater sense of ease and presence.

This circle is for any woman longing to feel more connected to herself. Whether you're navigating the changes of midlife, seeking a quiet moment away from the demands of daily life, or simply craving time in nature with other women, you'll be welcomed exactly as you are.

There is no expectation to share, no pressure to have the answers—only an invitation to soften, trust your own inner knowing, and reconnect with the woman you are becoming.

Date: Sunday 16 August
Time: 10:00 am – 11:30 am
Investment: $55 per person

Come and give yourself permission to pause, honour this season of your life, and leave feeling grounded, nurtured, and gently reconnected with yourself.

This circle is for the woman who needs a moment to pause. To soften, to breathe, and to reconnect—with herself and with others. A space to let go of expectations, open the heart, and allow creativity to flow gently through the language of flowers and mother nature.
