The Circle of Flowers ~ Full Moon Women’s Circle Sunday 27 September
Full Moon Energy Flower Meditation
For many women, the seasons of perimenopause and menopause can be an invitation to slow down, listen more deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body. As life asks us to change, we too deserve spaces that allow us to pause, reflect, and be gently held.
We gather under the energy of the Harvest Full Moon, in circle for a guided release ritual letting go using fire to let go of what is no longer serving us and set intentions for the season ahead. Surrounded by the peace of our private eucalypt forest at Cedar Creek Farm, this nurturing experience invites you back to yourself through the language of flowers, mindful body awareness, and gentle connection.
After letting go you will be guided by Belinda to set new intentions, you'll explore the meaning of seasonal blooms as you hold each flower to different areas of your body, noticing where emotions, tension, or wisdom may be asking for your attention. Together, we'll also practise Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping, a gentle self-regulation practice that can help calm the nervous system and create a greater sense of ease and presence.
This circle is for any woman longing to feel more connected to herself. Whether you're navigating the changes of midlife, seeking a quiet moment away from the demands of daily life, or simply craving time in nature with other women, you'll be welcomed exactly as you are.
There is no expectation to share, no pressure to have the answers—only an invitation to soften, trust your own inner knowing, and reconnect with the woman you are becoming.
Date: Sunday 27 September
Time: 10:00 am – 11:30 am
Investment: $145 per person
Please bring:
• A yoga or gym mat
• Water bottle
• Warm, comfortable clothing
Limited to just 10 women to create an intimate and supportive experience.
Come and give yourself permission to pause, honour this season of your life, and leave feeling grounded, nurtured, and gently reconnected with yourself.
** The site is located approximately 300m up a steep forest path. The walk is relatively steep from the carpark. You do need to have a moderate level of mobility and fitness. If you have any questions about accessibility, please contact us.. There are no toilet facilities in the forest, so please be prepared before arrival or be comfortable having a wild wee. A large shelter is provided and the circle will go ahead in the rain.
Please note: Public dates for this class require at least 3 guests to run. In the unlikely event that we don't reach this number, we'll cancel the class; in this case we'll inform you and allow you to get a refund or reschedule, so please watch your email/SMS one day prior to the class. If there is rain the class will go ahead under cover in our workers shed.
